Digital Downloads

All sales on digital downloads are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you experience any issues downloading your file, please contact us and we'll send it to you directly.

Physical Items (Handmade & Print-on-Demand)

We want you to love what you receive. If there is an issue with your physical item, we are happy to offer a refund of the item cost or an exchange, provided the item is returned to us within 3 weeks of your purchase date.

If a delivery issue has caused your return or exchange request to fall outside of the 3-week window, please contact us with your tracking number and delivery date and we will do our best to make it right.

To initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to us with your order details. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement promptly.
